When I was in high school in the early 60's we would insult people or prod them into a fight by saying "suck my dick". Eventually we shortened it to You suck. And today it has morphed into saying it sucks as to mean it is bad in a extreme way. Really, it started at North Hollywood High as an insult and now this phrase is worlwide. I remember when the phase was started and today I am over 60 and I still get a rush everytime I hear the words used. We at North Hollywood High also were at the begining of words like bithen meanig extremely nice and from my days with a BMX team in the Early 80's the word "trick", as to mean a very cool part on our bikes. Now it has gone mainstream. I am writing this as a piece of vocabulary history and hope I get the credit some day for being the first to ever create these words and use them in my everyday speech.
